The best boss I have had in a long time! I worked with great coworkers, had awesome training and felt like I was part of an environment that cares about the services they provided.

I personally did not have any, I was laid off with a company wide lay off. I miss working there and felt like it was like a family.
It's is a smaller company and it made it feel like a family at 1st when you started working there. You were able to help each other, move things around faster, you knew who everyone was, You were not just a number or a face in the crowd.
Cons
The company started to become more about the bottom dollar and they started to lose sight about what they had started.
