      * People are great * Interesting field of healthcare * Lots of room to share opinions/ideas & be creative * People are willing to help you learn

      Cons

      * No room for professional growth because company is so small * Low pay * HR focused on menial things like dress code instead of keeping employees happy * Benefits are costly

      Senior Management are not capable of operating a business; too many life-time government employees.
