Strong financial position but difficult to get approval for spending. Years of R&D spendings have not resulted in any breakthrough.

Cons

Too many bureaucracy, too many levels, too many matrix reporting structures. Top heavy will be a big risk to the organisation.

really good coworkers and ok place to work

Cons

management has no clue how to run that place within 4 1/2 yrs went thru 7or 8 managers for a small plating dept and 4 or 5 director of operations and the hr dept is the worse the most laziest i have seen
