      Pros

      Mature workforce is full of great experience, once you break through the stigma of being a "New Guy". Employees were always willing to instruct you if you needed it.

      Cons

      The fire recovery efforts at Schott / Duryea were understandably chaotic and stressful.

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn technical details to support your speech on sales department. Regular international sales meetings promote integration of the teams and self motivation. International envirownment makes you a better professional.

      Cons

      After CEO left the company in 2012/2013 it leaded to a moment of uncertainties, there was also world crisis and company was floating with no clear North. Pressure for sales was increasing but no conditions for the difficult moment was planned.
