Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that we do not have more diversity in our outside sales force. We have started working with the NFPA to recruit people of different backgrounds. We are supporting efforts to educate middle school, high school and college level students about the tremendous opportunities in fluid power. Our policy for flying aligns with most major corporations. We drive anything less than 6 hours. This is especially true when 3 people are traveling from the same area at the same time and can carpool. I am sorry you did not have a better experience with our company. Starting in outside sales during Covid with no sales experience made it nearly impossible for you to succeed. The politics of Covid has been very difficult for companies to navigate.
