      Thank you for your review. Scott Industrial has been in business for over 75 years which is a testament to our fantastic relationship with our customers and employees. Our stock represents over 22% of our annual sales which is higher than the industry average. It is hard to have everything for everyone but we constantly review our sales and quotes to identify gaps.

      Pros

      This is a family owned company that really cares about their employees. Everyone is valued and treated like an individual. Employees are rewarded for helping the company achieve their goals. They have great benefits like matching 401K contributions, help with health care and paid vacation and personal time. The average tenure is 15 years.

      Cons

      There are 85 employees so if you want to have upward mobility you need to be patient. Although there are a lot of older employees so there will be upper level positions opening up in the next 5 years.
