They are very big on promoting within the company, but it always seemed as if they were promoting executives from one position to another, instead of promoting any of the loyal 'regular' employees into upper management. It also seemed as if the answer to every departmental problem was to invent a new executive position within the department to fix it. Managers spend the majority of their time preparing reports for all the executives, trying to pinpoint why work goals aren't being completed, but if they were allowed to just do there jobs, there probably wouldn't be so many issues.

Management hires friends that can not do their jobs. The System staff aren't formally trained and have no analysis skills They resent anyone who has a degree. Co Workers are bitter and yell if you do something they don't understand or is not written done because they lack analysis skills. The technical manager is not technical and resents people with degrees. Its political and nasty and that goes for the other department that promote people because they like them after two weeks on the job. They treat the staff like slaves. One manager said to all his staff that one of their employee had half of a brain ! Another manager endorsed work place violence against another employee. They have a large turn over and they are always training.
