      Great Job and a Friendly Staff

      Pros

      Excellent Training- learn the material at a slow pace without having to rush Patient- the staff is very patient when it comes to new employees learning the new material and are always willing to help. Great Benefits- Good incentives including PTO, Vacation Days, and Insurance Benefits. Friendly Staff- Administrative is always showing their appreciation to their employees including having a cook out and bringing snacks for the team. Family Oriented- the staff is very understanding when it comes to family or personal emergencies and is always willing to work with your schedule.

      Cons

      One con would be the job title continuously changes so if you are a person who likes to have set rules and protocol, then the job is not for you.

      Pros

      Flexible company - great work/life balance. Flex time is available and some positions offer the option to work from home. Culture is great.

      Cons

      Salary is pretty well below market. Health Insurance could be better.
