      You are considered a valued employee, you are respected, you are lead in a positive way, you are given the tools to enhance your ability to do your job effectively and to advance.

      Cons

      Trying to stay updated on different services we offer that are always evolving can be a challenge at times. I would not really consider it a Con but more of a responsibility we have to stay focused and involved in all services we offer the healthcare community.
