      Minimal turnover in most departments. Good collaboration between departments. Good transparency and open communication within department.

      Cons

      Communication between different departments could be improved. Very expensive health benefits.

      SCP Health is a highly engaged and empowering place to work. I've been with this organization for almost 7 years and feel like I've found my "forever job" here. I enjoy the work I do and have a strong connection with the employees. SCP Health allows you the freedom to be innovate and provides a strong work-life balance.

      Pros

      Management support and nurture growth. Work life balance is highly encouraged. We live and breath our Core Values. We are a family and treat each other with respect. Flex time is available and some positions offer the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      There is no tuition reimbursement.
