Pros
Great pay with weekends and holidays off. Flexible hours which help tremendously with a young family. Wonderful co-workers.
Cons
Dysfunctional mid & upper management. Play favoritism towards certain few. There is no fairness towards everyone. Always quick to point out any wrongs and never give credit for any positive or see how much effort most put into their jobs. Management calls meetings with our department and basically tells us to indirectly lie on our evaluations to ensure they look great along with many other issues that really make it hard to come to work and do your job.
