      Pros

      The sincerity & passion around quality patient care, as exhibited by our Founder and CEO Dr. Kip Schumacher, is undeniable and contagious. He remains on target and determined to deliver world class care.

      Cons

      Not all share Dr. Schumacher's sincerity and sometimes forget what we are here to accomplish. Most in higher levels of leadership mirror his desire and enthusiasm. I hope that together they will channel their energy and far out-weigh the ones who would rather personally succeed than achieve greater success through the majority of the whole.

      Pros

      When I first started I was able to learn a lot because I had a good manager. Of course he was new at the time as well.

      Cons

      I literally never advanced in 6 years working for the company because of the misguided senior management at this horrible company. Since I have left I have advanced my career in leaps and bounds including doubling my salary in only 3 years, something that never would have happened if I had stayed with Schumacher.
