Poor culture and too much preferential treatment-- too many employees reporting to their family members or close family friends which is a MAJOR conflict of interest. Hard to get promoted here. Many are hired into managment from outside of the company by someone they grew up with. Some RVP's are immature, disrepectful, and exclude staff that are not in their "out of office" circle which has diminished the morale of great employees. Too many remote employees who are not productive!! Establish more accountability measurements for them. Many great employees are leaving and many others are getting laid off. The rest will continue to manipulate and buck the system until their day comes.

Middle Management is Horrible and Upper Menegement only listens to their horrible opinions. Harassment and Bullying are not overlooked- rather rewarded and promoted. Good managers are seen as week whereas Condescending and Demotivating ones are looked at positively.
