Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits are great and the amount of vacation and personal time off is phenomenal. The committment to patient care and patient experience makes the job worthwhile.
Cons
Executive staff are unorganized and seem to flounder around. You get one directive and they actually want something entirely different without communicating that. It is a difficult place to work at best. The insecurity level is high as many employees have been let go. This causes fierce competition which is destructive to the business.
