      There are NO pro's to working for this organization

      Cons

      Management is only concerned with acquiring more and more companies (competition), in order to reach a monopoly on the ER management arena. Little concern with employee welfare, people are left feeling unvalued within the company. Providers are seeing massive salary cuts while the CEO and the owner line their pockets. If you have anywhere else to work, go there. Horrible work environment.

      Generous time off policy is about all I can think of.

      Cons

      Leadership has no backbone. Gossiping from leadership is one of many red flags. If you rock the boat or give honest opinions, you may as well pack your bag. Promotions based on favoritism rather than actual merit. HEAVY turnover.
