      Pay & ability to work remotely occasionally

      Cons

      Poor training, unclear job details, poor management & no support from upper management. The job should've been LaFayette, LA. There was no formal training and support for the position in Atlanta.

      Pros

      Stable job, consistent paycheck, ability to work from home

      Cons

      inefficient systems, poor communication, high stress levels, huge pay differences for same position regardless of experience - someone who had less experience than me and produced less than me was making twice what I was making. Upper management is extremely out of touch with needs of those doing the work of the company. Too many upper level leaders.

      May have the opportunity to work from home. Great experience learning opportunity for entry level healthcare administration.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership and direction. Management typically lack education and therefore do not know how to manage/lead effectively. Opportunity for promotion are rare to none.
