      Pros

      made some friends, vacation wasn't bad, benefits are Ok

      Cons

      Highly unorganized, Senior management only knows how to 'lead' by using fear and scare tactics. Company is in financial disarray due to poor decisions and wasteful spending, (see all the recent layoffs). Culture is 'fake' to say the least. I would say more premium talent has left this company than is currently working there. If you are looking for a job in Recruiting, especially stay away. I saw more turnover and chaos in this area than anywhere else, and the people in charge now are even worse than the previous leaders. Favoritism, terrible leadership, & ambiguous job duties are just a smidgen of the issues.

      Pros

      People are generally nice and optimistic. Lots of work life balance- to the point that it is abused. 25-30 hour work week and paid for 40 hrs.

      Cons

      VPs, managers, project managers and other leadership positions with no prior professional experience in the particular role or general area- across every department. Upper management assumes most are capable to perform their roles but it is not the case, causing a lot of failed projects and wasted money

      Pros

      there are a few good employees, unfortunately due to bad management and internal politics, the vast majority of them will be unable to succeed.

      Cons

      Schumacher Group has a hire and fire policy. In my 4 years at the company, I've reported to 3 different managers. They do no provide any sort of training so that managers and their employees can be successful on the job. They have no organization or teamwork, its every person for themself. My last year on the job was probably the most stressed that I've ever been in my life, reported to a manager that had no clue what he was doing and he was fired after about 6 months on the job.
