      Great People - Be prepared to pivot

      Pros

      Each department is different but the one I was in felt like a family. Work is fast paced but you are asked what you need to be successful. Good wlb and option to wfh. Great place to work to learn but minimal carer growth in IT.

      Cons

      Senior leadership has trouble locking down strategic vision as there are way too many chiefs and world building (typical Corp stuff) Pay isn't competitive once you grow and develop necessary skills.

      Pros

      People are extremely nice who work there, lots of caring clinicians and strong leadership team.

      Cons

      IT moves at a snail's pace. While people are very nice, the company is full of people who have only worked there for their entire career, not very many open minded people in terms of doing new things outside the box. Overall, a younger company at only about 30 years old or so.
