Great regional manager who really listens to problems within each facility and excellent at getting things moving towards a solution. Direct deposit is accurate and timely.

Cons

Often wanting you to cover different facilities as work force needs shift. Otherwise, I can't say anything else has ever been an issue in the eight years I have worked for this company.

Work to life balance was good.

Cons

Notorious for sending work that was available to overseas or offshore to be done. Thus, this was taking work away from us. Even though their production rate was slower.
