Even though a large corporation, SCP makes you feel like family. This is a top down approach that has been successful in retaining employees. 99.9% of employees at SCP are provided clear and concise projects and deadlines.

Cons

Covid....but that is worldwide - it just happens to appear in our personal lives and at work. Covid 24.7.

Pros

A lot of growth opportunities here and the ability to move around into different roles as different service lines change and grow. Ability to work from home in most job roles is a big plus. Management does care a lot about the happiness of the staff and is frequently checking in with us on our feedback.

Cons

Healthcare in general is very challenging, particularly of late. So there can be some long days, but they encourage everyone to take advantage of PTO.

Pros

Company is family oriented and employee safety are a number one priority. Have been with the company for over 7 years and we work hard, however also have fun. Great benefits! 401K, Medical, Dental. Personal and vacation time.

Cons

Currently working from home due to the pandemic, however will have to return to the office when the pandemic is under control. Management currently reviewing the possibility of a hybrid work environment.
