      Great in concept, horrible execution.

      Cons

      Management forces a "one glove" fits approach for all on it's clients Lot's of petty griping among middle management Not a lot of value for the $$ that a client contract costs

      Pros

      Good 401k, work life balance can be good at times, their used to be some really good people to work with, but they have all been let go, or have quit.

      Cons

      Toxic environment to say the least. Company is going downhill and going down real fast. Middle management has way too much power and way too little idea of what they are doing. These operations leaders lead by fear and will do whatever it takes to point the finger of blame at those they have power over. Constant negativity, poor decision making, intimidation and lies used to blame innocent people that actually try to do their jobs, and discrimination. Please take a good hard look at your middle management folks. They are destroying the culture of the company and the name of your brand.
