      Believe in company and it’s mission, however leadership operates on its own.

      Pros

      Clinical leadership is excellent. We have some highly respected physicians and clinicians working for us, BUT we have also laid off highly qualified individuals.

      Cons

      Operational leadership is POOR. budgets are not being met quarter after quarter and as a result operations does employee layoffs. This includes employees that are at the high end of their salary range. Regardless of performance or team success. This allows them to meet budget and “back door” hire employees making less. The problem is operational leadership does NOT know how to do budgets.

      small minded individuals with poor management and leadership skills running company into the ground. poor company morale. hardworking employees treated poorly. problematic unproductive employees treated with respect. good employees continue to quit. numbers are inflated to keep contracts and lies are told to sell contracts.

      Pros

      - Close knit group of people who care about one another. - Many very knowledgeable individuals in specific areas. - Strong desire to "make change".

      Cons

      - Insularity that borders on unhealthy. Too much promotion from within. - Fear of anyone with actual experience outside of SG or Lafayette. - Lack of injection of new thinking. - Bright shiny object syndrome - willing to throw over something established for something new, well, just because. - Wasted expenditure of energy of fruitless initiatives. - Lip service to process improvement, but nothing ever gained, even from significantly lengthy and expensive exercises. - No sense of how to truly prioritize requests. - Frustrating environment. - People more focused on team building than actual work. - Convinced no one in management could actual spell "ROI".
