      Pros

      Fexed start times and most of the people their are nice.

      Cons

      The entire layout is not conducive for a room of 100+ trying to make or take calls. It always feels like you're trying to talk over the person next to you. Their billing software is antiquated and it seems like NO ONE there wants to acknowledge that fact....and last but not least the management team ( and I use that phrase loosely) it seems like they prefer quantity over quality. HR is a complete joke as well!!

      Pros

      The two company merged, and it wasn't a merger of equals. I really cannot think of anything positive to say.

      Cons

      Management felt that they knew it all, spoke through you not at you, upper management is more concerned about going public than the individual worker. Large organization that is clearly not agile.
