      Pros

      You have a large amount of freedom/great work-life balance. You have receive a sufficient amount of training and support from regional directors and field trainers. Upper level management encourages you to reach out with questions, and they are always willing to help. You build valuable relationships with the employers you work with and have a good time organizing and completing their on-site health events.

      Cons

      These are just contracts, and they may be cut depending on the health system and area.
