2yThank you for for your feedback. We provide annual merit increases based upon performance reviews. We are sorry to hear that you have not been able to get holidays off, our holidays are based upon your schedule and we reduce the number of scheduled agents per holiday to allow for the maximum number of individuals off while still providing coverage our year round business. We appreciate your feedback.
