SCRAM Systems reviews about "training"

SCRAM Systems has been one of my favorite companies to work for. They are open to new ideas, leadership does not micromanage, they empower you to do your job, they support you. The team has been wonderful and given me many training resources so I can grow, develop and ultimately be successful. The benefits are great, the only thing I would change is the fact you have to wait 30 days for benefits to kick in. But the work schedule/ a hybrid of at home and in the office is PERFECT for me. There are so many positives but hardly any negatives. Everyone is friendly and kind. But hard workers and very intelligent and know their positions. I am blessed to work here and hope I stay here for a very long time.
