I’ve been working at SCS Direct, full-time, for two years and couldn't be happier with my experience here! The work environment here is casual and fun. It strikes the perfect balance between working collaboratively and working independently while never feeling pressured or micromanaged. The CEO, Howie, truly lives his go-to mantra, “Let’s throw something at the wall and see what sticks“, by always being open-minded to new creative ideas — which is perfect for my department. My favorite part about the company, besides my manager, is the emphasis on team bonding and company morale. We have an annual Mini Golf Tournament, held in the company’s parking lot, a newly reinstated book club, summer BBQ lunches, and other events throughout the year. These company events show just how much they value a work-life balance and their employees’ well-being!
