Pros

Work life balance is excellent. Management is generous with their time and want the best for their employees. Freedom to make decisions in a fast paced environment and learn from mistakes.

Cons

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at SCSdirect.

Pros

Extremely fun place to work. Lots of variety in assignments and day to day work which breaks up the monotony. Extracurriculars and team building events were enjoyable. Most of the employees and staff were extremely outgoing and friendly. Great to be around so much creativity and innovation.

Cons

I encountered a few toxic supervisors who are no longer with the company. One posted my job and conducted interviews to replace me right in the room next to my desk during business hours while I was still working there, which was traumatic to say the least. Felt blindsided when I was let go since I had a decent review not too long beforehand.
