- Meaningful work - Intelligent colleagues - Remote work

Cons

- Power hungry egotistical leaders - Shortcuts are constantly being made for economic reasons - HR staff are robotic and do not care about employees - Some of the larger programs have become less meaningful and are headed towards greenwashing - Do not support people with disabilities - Pay does not align with expected work outputs

SCS is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They truly care about their employees. Are fully remote and don't micromanage. There is room for growth.
