Ability to work from home. Pay typically tracks with market average.

Cons

Large communication gap between client and SDLC (CT). Large communication gap between SDLC management and employees. Managers typically have no idea what work you are doing for the client, aside from your initial assignment, and you will meet with your SDLC manager once every couple of months. Performance Review rating still factor in SDLC activities, even though you will only work with the client. Little to no communication leading up to contract ending. My client informed me my contract was ending months before SDLC even knew it was being end dated. This is a staffing company.

None, this company has done a 180 since CitiusTech took over.

Cons

CitiusTech does not care about existing SDLC employees. Hiring offshore resources daily but no new assignments for US employees and they are being let go. No communication of client assignments, resources given 1 week notice their employment is ending the end of the week.
