Work longer, harder, and for less pay than the client site. Placed at a client and then left with little or no contact besides a few quarterly meetings with the company. They talk about how fast they are growing and how much more money they made but it does not trickle down. There is no plan on what to do with all of the people they hire and you get stuck working a job where you are basically a glorified temp agent. You do the same job as the client site for none of the benefits of actually working there.

The work life balance was not quite balanced. Evaluations and reviews didn't seem to take much priority and the salary was perhaps a little below average. Once on a project at a customer site it is hard to be reassigned to any other project or customer.
