Great company, management needs help

Pros

Ok pay, great benefits, welcoming environment at first. Big on god.

Cons

Management aparrently doesn't mean what they say, and the times that they do YOU have to provide written receipts of of previous interactions to prove that. Quick to point the finger as long as the coustomer is happy they will bulldoze over you without a second to hesitate. Supervisors are powerless to upper management but tell you the buck stops with them.

Mostly manage your own time and schedule

Cons

Expectations, duties, risk, and responsibilities far exceed compensation level. Even more so since inflation has way outpaced compensation increases.
