Pros

Christmas party is a nice event.

Cons

If you are lucky enough to be a blood relative, to the CEO, President, VP, or if you are a born again Christian, that is trying to make themselves feel better on the inside, this would be a great place for you. If you do not have any of the above relations, you could still get hired as a person for a job, but you will go into work everyday, hoping it is not your last. They say they care about people and families, this is so not true! I had worked there for many years and you just need to look busy to get paid! The secret is, keep your mouth shut and have no opinions. I have seen so many good people let go or quit, that have gone above and beyond for many years and treated very poorly. Now, I think they realized what they have done (or don’t care) and cannot replace with good employees. It is has been at the point, where employees sabotage other employees to keep their job. I wish I did not feel this way, but that is how it is.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some work from home roles.

Cons

Terrible management. They routinely fire people right before the holidays. They've forgotten to pay people. Very stressful work environment. Forced overtime for their benefit. They pay at the bottom of industry standard.

Pros

Very little micro-managing. Freedom to work is supportive. Promotions are generally made from within the organization.

Cons

Quote processing takes a very long time, many times several weeks. The FS Department has aging personnel that will probably be retiring in a few short years and it doesn't seem like there are any replacements being hired or existing personnel being crossed trained. Many key experienced figures have left and more seem to be continually moving on. The operating systems could be better. What should take a few minutes sometimes takes hours. Overtime is necessary to keep up because of how long it takes to do a simple task. There is no account dedication and service requests for the same customers are a constant. Expecting a service request to have all the details the technicians needs or in the correct customers name is asking for to much. Logistics is a nightmare! Techs are exhausted from all the road travel and have added admin time on top of having to go to site and work a normal shift. I'm sure that upper management is aware of these issues, but unfortunately the system has so many problems that that the best they can do is put a band-aid on things and provide you with work arounds for everything. Which inevitably adds more hours to your already long day. The company has taken the stance they want all employees in office even if the teams you support are not local. They do not mind losing skilled workers and replacing the one position with two remote personnel and to make this situation even worse you have to better train the new personnel because they have no idea what they are doing.
