If you are lucky enough to be a blood relative, to the CEO, President, VP, or if you are a born again Christian, that is trying to make themselves feel better on the inside, this would be a great place for you. They say they care about people and families, this is so not true! I had worked there for many years and you just need to look busy to get paid! The secret is, keep your mouth shut and have no opinions. I have seen so many good people let go or quit, that have gone above and beyond for many years and treated very poorly. Now, I think they realized what they have done (or don’t care) and cannot replace with good employees. It is has been at the point, where employees sabotage other employees to keep their job.
