Pros

salary is good , benefits are great , work culture is amazing and everyone respet each other , there is also an opportunity for growth every year.

Cons

not many but the management sometimes take arbitrary decisions that might affect the day to day work but it doesn't happen often, some stress here and there because of the work load.

Cons

The management is toxic in all his levels, the human resources department is useless (probably they only take care of hiring and terminations), and the company usually do shady deals with governments.
