Pros

Ability to work on the latest technologies, with a fantastic technical team! A fun energetic atmosphere to work in! The team is able to bring creative solutions to the table for implementation. All levels of management have an open door policy, and make you feel very comfortable.

Cons

Due to the nature of the business, priorities shift at times from live operations support to new development programs. Better up front planning could add these types of priority shifts into the schedule.

Salaries are some of the best in Washington, D.C.. Many opportunities to grow and work on projects for other companies of the Ense Group (holding company). The Washington, D.C. office is made up of Senior Advisors, CEO, COO and all of them have what is very close to an open-door policy.

Cons

The nature of the business makes it so that travel may be frequent. Depends on the employee on if this is a pro or con.

Decent salaries (always paid late), nice live experiences living as expatriate in 3rd world countries and the perfect place to learn all the "not to do".

Cons

Everything else, absolutely unorganized, never care about people (big HR rotation), racist issues in Africa, corruptions affairs in 3rd world countries, incompetent and unskilled management, etc.,etc..
