Flexible start and finish time on any given day. Proximity to the beautiful waterfront. Top tier benefits and equitable salary. Luxurious PTO and holiday schedule. Friendly and open office atmosphere. Good accessibility accomodations. Occasional team building events.

Cons

Business professional attire year round - August in DC can be quite hot and humid making for some constricting clothing.

Too many issues with upper management

Nice co-workers, and great benefits.

Cons

Upper management micromanages everything. Power is too centralized and has not been given to the correct people. The company has too many people without the proper background or credentials to be in their positions (mainly at the executive level). This aspect has caused significant problems for the business to function correctly. On a similar note, there is too much nepotism and too many family friends working for the company. Very formal/old school business attire requirement for everyone in the company, including technology developers.
