WORST Place to Work Ever

Pros

I really can't think of any Pros, so I'll just say my Customer's were the best thing about working there.

Cons

Horrible environment, management doesn't respect their employees hard work, they make a lot of payroll mistakes (not to your advantage!), if you are on a commission plan - look out. The reporting is 99.9% wrong, and you will not get paid what you are due. If you enjoy working in a "day care" environment, then consider Securus Technologies. Run as fast as you can......

Pros

Most of the people in the office are great to work with, there are exceptions that really detract.

Cons

The company is questionable ethically at best. No matter how many times Rick Smith likes to tell employees otherwise. It shows in the companies they buy and the people they choose to hire and with whom they choose to do business.
