Some manager's treat their team members like trash so stay away from Team's like Call platform , manager is seriously technically challenged. I was working on a Video Relay Service , this manager had no idea how video streaming work, and would go around giving order which just didn't make any sense and wont listen to any reasoning.
People leave managers and not the company aptly applies in my case. I was so desperate to leave that I accepted a contracting position instead of continuing Full time with them Ancient tech stack, was working on a module which nobody used Good if you want to stay for a year or two anything longer may not be good in the long run. I stayed for 2 years and i found myself lacking in Technical skills when I started looking for a job Company has a bad press
Medical insurance is Expensive
Salary could be a bit low
No growth opportunities
