Remote work from home options.

Cons

Low pay for what you do despite experience and very expensive benefits package, especially if you are covering family. In 2025 paid $389 every 2 weeks for PPO TXBCBS Medical Insurance. So 2026 benefits for good family coverage will be at least $400 Bi-weekly. These paycheck deductions really hurt an already low salary when compared to industry averages of at least 75K or higher.

Product is solid and they have the industry edge.

Cons

Company is 2 Billion plus in debt, mass layoffs and the FCC made them sell the compa y to another equity company. They are on the verge of bankruptcy, if not there already. Pay is insanely low. Management from top down is horrid. Stay far away unless your just looking for a filler job to pay bills for a month or two.
