The leadership continuously handled every work day under the pressure of fear and intimidation. There was never an opportunity to gain respect for the supervisors or leaders. The entire mission was ran by people who put on a front that they are the best in the business and the best in their field, but when it actually came to doing the job, they would put all the miscommunication, mishaps, and failures on the lowest tiered personnel. It was embarrassing to work with partnered agencies and companies as well due to the leadership's arrogant attitude and behavior. Also, no work/life balance. They are trying to operate as a "special operations crew" in the military and want you to be on call for random "missions" and to travel for them at the drop of a hat. It sounds romantic and exciting at first, till you have to cancel plans multiple times to drive to the middle of nowhere to stay in a hotel and sit on your computer.
