Pros
You name it: amazing benefits, terrific compensation structure, bi-annual bonuses, a product you can believe in, and, as other reviewers have noted, an unparalleled company culture in which innovation, passion, dedication, and creativity are all heavily rewarded. This is one of those companies where when work ends, you don't leave and hang out with your other friends. You hang out with your Novus friends. Company camping trips, birthday lunches, quarterly spot bonuses for great work (ringing in at 10k a pop!!), the people you'll spend your time with are likely to become lifelong friends.
I've worked at many other companies, and every time I got home I thought, it's okay, you're just in it for the paycheck. Not at Novus. No day ends without something inspirational happening, and every morning begins with the excitement of jumping back into all of it.
People have a tendency to only believe the negative reviews they see on Glassdoor, or to completely discredit good reviews the second someone in a negative review starts haranguing about "fake positive reviews." I have never been asked to write a review. I happened to look up our rating on Glassdoor and was astounded by what I saw. The truth is that the people who have not had a great experience here would not have had a great experience anywhere -- whether it was an issue with their attitude, work ethic, quality of work, or social skills. I don't know a single employee in this company that doesn't love it. Yes, you will work hard. Yes, the work can be demanding. Yes, sometimes you'll work late hours. Personally, I would rather work hard for a company that I loved than go home at 5:30 from a company I didn't respect.
Cons
Some of the people who previously held leadership positions within the company were not qualified to lead. However, through our internal review system and the voices of those under them, they've all been replaced with dynamic and passionate leaders. Other than that already-corrected issue, I can't think of another con. If you don't believe it, get yourself an interview and come in and see the office and meet the people yourself.
