- Great culture, everyone is supportive, constructive and friendly. They care about your career and development as well as the firm's. - If there is a topic or discipline you want to explore and develop, you are encouraged to do so and apply it to benefit the business. You'll likely find partners in your effort as well. - To supplement the above, the people are passionate

Cons

- Be prepared to hear honest feedback and leave your ego at the door. - You'll be entrusted with a lot of responsibility and asked to execute (for some this might be a con) - Need to continue to provide transparency into the firm road map (which is a pro that they do that) and show that execution on targets is possible

Fantastic group of smart, ambitious, innovative colleagues collaborating to improve the asset management industry. Clients include the endowments of institutions improving the fields of health and education as well as top tier hedge funds led by many of the smartest investors in the world.

Cons

None. It is a great opportunity for ambitious and talented people who are looking to be a part of an innovative growth company and who are interested in improving how the world invests.

Pros

Novus has many strengths that are conducive for people who have ambition and are looking to make an impact in a company that fosters creativity and individuality. The culture is very forward thinking and extremely focused. You will be surrounded by extremely smart and helpful coworkers. Management allows you to grow professionally by allowing you to have autonomy and by allowing you to "own" your respective discipline. Novus is a very transparent company which gives you the comfort to know future goals and direction. Lastly, this company has a very cool and fun vibe with a very studio like environment.

Cons

I can't think of any cons that would keep a potential prospect from speaking to the team and company.
