Pay, Time off, benefits, free soda

Cons

Poor communication, outsourcing work to India, screaming at people is considered ok if you’ve been there long enough, overworked because they don’t want to pay extra people to give their staff breathing room

Co workers, knowledge and experience in the industry, health benefits

Cons

Not valued for contributions, management doesn’t care about or reward lower level employees, constantly doing much more than my position’s responsibilities without any recognition, owner seems to care much more about bottomline

Your experience means nothing as the superintendent runs your crew for you while wanting you as foreman to act as a labor. I advise anyone to take your experience somewhere else.
