      Excellent product and coworkers, altought work-life balance and hiring methods might be better.

      Pros

      SEON's product is quite unique, and prospects have given it positive comments. Pay levels are above average, and there are two rises every year; I received a 25% boost in the last year. Wolt lunch credit, ThanksBen, Juno Journey, language learnings, and more perks are available. Also, the working atmosphere is adaptable.

      Cons

      The workload is heavy, which has an impact on work-life balance. Employees have become enraged as a result of the rapid hiring and layoffs. Certain departments have a cut-off culture, with many new hires being let go during their probationary period. Individuals with no startup experience may suffer.

      Pros

      - Good compensation, benefits and perks, learning opportunities (about the space and role too) - Global product, which is solving a real problem, thus clients are highly satisfied - Revenue is still growing continuously, in a tough economic climate - Last 6 months mostly great hires, which helped to improve atmosphere and progress

      Cons

      - Many employees are very young, no benchmark with other place, this leads to gossiping/negativity - Redundancies created fear and unease - Sales management had high turnover, but changes are for the better
