      Well, if you are lucky you can get into a team that is consist of nice guys who can work in a team and handle full chaos coming from "business".

      Cons

      So much to say... I have never experienced such a destructive working environment before. Undefined but infinity amount of expectations, business requirements changing in every hour defined by product owners who have no idea about how the product works, no communication between org layers which is actually a pro because most of the business representatives are complete incompetents so it is better not to communicate with them..., arrogant and opinionated owners who really believed they are the kings of the world and treat you like that, absolutely no appreciation for your hard work and so on, I could keep writing this section for days.

      Rapidly growing company with strong ambitions

      Pros

      Company is on a strong growth trajectory. Teams cohesion is really good and colleagues are happy to be executing and building on objectives together. Management has shown personal growth over the past year.

      Cons

      Strategic focus has a tendency to quickly shift. Internal processes are not always flawless.
