Pros

The product is clearly world-class and way ahead of its competition. Salaries are above average levels and high-performers got over 35% raise over the last 12 months (at least in Budapest). Cool benefits like extra wellness, moving holidays, vision and dental care, management training etc. The product roadmap and company has a very defined vision.

Cons

Really high-expectations and heavy workloads. In the past the hiring bar wasn’t set high enough and given the growth, lot of people were laid off lately, which caused un-happinness and fear. Lot of inexperienced people were promoted as managers (who didn’t have any other jobs before) as most of them are failing. Many coworker has no idea how startups are working and showing high level of entitlement. WFH depends on the manager.

Transparent management team with open communication Leadership is open to change Good salary, performance review and salaray adjustment twice a year Extra vacation days: wellness + extra days for life events

Cons

Strict WFH policies: The office is packed, people can't fit into meeting rooms and there were daily issues with the heating, but management still enforces working from the office. Several COVID outbreaks, entire teams getting infected. This is related to the WFH policies. These outbreaks are not handled well and were not communicated to the employees and to those who were in contact with infected individuals.
