Thank you for your comments and many years of service to our organization. SERV’s wages reflect industry and regional standards, and we recently made significant adjustments to staff salaries. SERV has experienced staffing issues due to a national shortage of healthcare workers. We know that reduced staffing puts additional stress on our team members.
