every employee starts with 25 days of vacation time on day one, and gets a bonus every year. 6% 401K match. Non US employees get even more perks

Cons

Gross mismanagement and failed leadership over the last decade has taken a multi billion dollar business and turned it into a sweat shop. The current CEO is a greedy arrogant man who has laid off over 2000 employees in the last 3 years while continuing to take over 5 million per year in salary and several more in bonus while moving US jobs to India. Those who remain are working 14 hour days and waiting for their turn to be let go.

Pros

The pro is the industry - who doesn’t love space and planes? I also enjoy working with my direct team.

Cons

This whole “do more with less” mentality is physically and mentally draining. You can put in a 10 or 12 hour day and it’s not enough. Deadlines are made by leadership who doesn’t care about work life balance. It’s always “get it done”, even if it means long hours or weekends.
