Pros

Salary is competitive. For Internship, it's 100RMB per day, which is high in Hangzhou. The atmosphere in the office is good. Colleges are all friendly.

Cons

For Intern, there is no training session in Hangzhou office. If there was, the growth would be higher.

Pros

Innovation - always trying to turn the business around They have old technologies and legacy business that is keeping the company alive Trying to innovate again and re-invent, but not sure if they will succeed

Cons

Constant downsizing - you never know when your job might end They manage the layoffs in a shady way - identical to the lack of communication from the top The CEO is known for always cutting costs. They have moved many jobs to Estonia and China Very political and top-down management environment -do not believe their claim as a start-up
